These events feature a high-energy group exercise class led by Equinox Fitness trainers, as well as a panel conversation on what can be done to protect your cognitive health. Hosted by Maria Shriver, and featuring top experts in the fields of neuroscience, nutrition, meditation, and more, this discussion is sure to be dynamic and informative.

WHAT IS THE WOMEN'S ALZHEIMER'S MOVEMENT?

The Women's Alzheimer's Movement, founded by Maria Shriver, is a global alliance of individuals, organizations, researchers, foundations, influencers and industry leaders committed to finding out why women are disproportionally affected by Alzheimer's. By answering this question, we just might unlock the other mysteries surrounding this mind-blowing disease and find a cure for all.

WHAT IS NASM DOING TO HELP?

NASM has joined forces to support the Women's Alzheimer's Movement in a number of ways by:

  • Raising funds to support research grants through our sponsorship of the Move for Minds events.
  • Being at the forefront of research around living a brain-healthy lifestyle through training, nutrition, and healthy habits.
