What You'll Learn
The Hybrid Training Professional bundle provides you with the skills you need to work as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor so that you stand out to gym managers. Start your fitness career with three powerful courses that will help you work with a variety of clients.
NASM’s Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) Guided Study program provides you with the knowledge you need to perform assessments and create custom workouts. You’ll learn how to utilize NASM’s Optimum Performance Training™ Model, which helps clients of all levels reach their fitness goals. Your NASM-CPT program also gives you access to the NASM EDGE app so that you can study for your exam with flashcards and practice questions, as well as manage and train clients virtually.
As an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA-GFI), design and teach your favorite group fitness classes. You’ll learn about circuit training, yoga, pilates and more. This course can be taken at the same time as your Certified Personal Trainer certification. You'll gain the ability to deliver both an entertaining and engaging group exercise workout for everyone.
Then, expand on what you've learned in the NASM-CPT and add a group dimension with the Group Personal Training Specialization. With the combination of these three courses, you'll be ready to take on a variety of clients while working at a gym or health club.
Getting your NASM-CPT certification means you will learn from the best at the National Academy of Sports Medicine for a life-changing career in fitness.
As a Group Fitness Instructor, you'll learn the basics of exercise and physiology, as well as gain the skills necessary to teach successful group fitness classes.
Gather what you need to lead your group exercise clients to succeed. Our program expands on the foundational personal training model and adds a group dimension.
