Why Training in 3D Matters
Take a look at a typical gym floor and you'll notice a pattern. Squats, lunges, presses, rows, deadlifts, walking, and running are all excellent exercises, but most primarily occur in the sagittal plane.
While sagittal-plane training is important, relying on it alone creates gaps in movement competency. Clients need to control side-to-side and rotational forces to move efficiently and safely.
