Description
Step 1: Sit in the leg-curl machine. Position your knees so they are pointed straight up toward the ceiling.
Step 2: Lean the seat back far enough to allow the knees to extend without the hamstrings limiting the range of motion. Slowly bend the knees to the point of comfort.
Step 3: Slowly return to the starting point. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
