Our OPT for the Youth Client course will show you how to design safe, effective and fun training programs for youth client. This course will specifically detail the science behind and precautions for the youth client, what and how to assess the youth client and how to design exercise programs for the youth client utilizing the OPT model.

This Online course includes streaming video and power point presentations and a printable course manual. The Online course also includes four pre-designed exercise program templates which can be utilized immediately with your youth clientele. An exam is offered online for CEUs.
