Our OPT for the Prenatal Client course will show you how to design safe and effective training programs for the prenatal client. This course will specifically detail the science behind and precautions for the prenatal client, what and how to assess the pregnant client and design prenatal exercise programs utilizing the OPT model.
This Online course format includes streaming video and power point presentations and a printable course manual. The Online course also includes five pre-designed exercise program templates which can be utilized immediately with your prenatal clientele. An exam is offered online for CEUs.
