All exams must be proctored, therefore exams are given at LaserGrade/PSI testing centers. To schedule your exam, you must call LaserGrade/PSI before your exam expiration date to make an appointment at 1-800-211-2754. You may schedule your exam 72 hours (or three business days) after enrollment. If you purchased your material prior to December 1, 2011 you will be taking the 3rd edition credentialing exam. If you purchased on or after December 1,2011 you will be taking the 4th edition credentialing exam.
