Job Description
The NASM Education Advisor’s primary role is to consult with and sell existing and prospective NASM customers NASM Education products on a daily basis (i.e. Certifications, Advanced Specializations, Continuing Education Programs, NASM Solutions).
Essential Duties and Requirements
- Achievement of Individual and Team NASM Revenue Goals in Commercial Channel Sales (Retail, Health Clubs, and Web Sales).
- Sales activity: Required minimum of outbound calls per week as well as efficient lead management and follow-up on a daily basis through effective use of communication tools (i.e. phone, e-mail, web chat).
- Manage accurate client information and ensure data integrity through attention to defined processes/procedures within the CRM system (enrollment, lead management, opportunity tracking, etc.).
- Adhering to established NASM customer service standards as an NASM Education Advisor and customer facing employee (internally and externally).
- Strong ability to listen and collect information, and then to communicate and assist customers with their needs verbally via phone and written via e-mail.
- Ability to work well with others to positively impact the sales results of our team and to better serve our customers.
- Comply with all NASM policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Background / Ideal Candidates
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience (personal training experience OK)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required)
- Ability and proven track record of sales production and results
- Entrepreneurial mindset
